Herbs are one of the easiest and most rewarding ways to get into gardening. In most cases you're just hoping to grow a plant with lush vegetation that you can snip off when you need it, and hope that it keeps firing out new leaves. They often don't need a ton of sun, and hey they're a nutritious way to add great flavor to recipes.
